If you work as a stablehand or instructor, they live in the cozy cottages built behind The Damico's residence. They have two bathrooms, a bedroom, a kitchen, family room/living room, and a dining room.

This is the main barn's lounge. There is a sofa, three chairs, kitchen, TV, bathroom, and plenty of books to read.

There is one very large tack room for the main barn. It sits in the middle of the barn. It is heated, and air conditioned. A perfect place for a little chat.

The hayloft. It's rather large, it spreads above the whole barn. Don't worry, rodent control keeps the mice away. This place feels very...secret, and away from everything. If you know what I mean.

Richard Revira is the owner of this Vineyard. He's a kind old fellow, who knows Terrance's family very well. He also enjoys having horses around too, so he lets his vineyard be used as a trail. There are dozens of rows of trees, perfect to race down.

Wallabies is a high-class restaurant. Not made for flip flops and t-shirts. It's a great place for dates. They serve great food, too bad their prices aren't the lowest.

Well, this is the local park. It's got a playground, basketball court, and a bunch of picnic tables to have lunch. It's got a long trail for bikers and joggers, too.

Ask anyone who's been to Physce before. It's a great place. Physce is the town's local club, but its popular. When tourists visit, they usually come here. They serve a large variety of drinks and have a huge dance floor and a great DJ each night. No ID required.

This beach is a distance from the Academy, but its worth the drive. They've got a snack bar, that serves get sundaes. Dogs are allowed here, too.

This is a great attraction about the town. It's along the beach, with many places to eat and many games to play.
